In accordance with the International Standards, it is the policy of Sea Guardian to control and conduct its business of providing maritime security services by means of a formalised system of modern quality security management. This QMS is in accordance with the requirements as specified in BS EN ISO 9001:2015 [Cert No: QMS/072023/002] as well as in BS ISO 28000:2007 with ISO 28007-1:2015. [Cert No: SCSMS/072023/001]
We are totally committed to setting and achieving quality standards that are capable of meeting the specified requirements and reasonable expectations of our customers. All staff members of Sea Guardian are familiarised with the contents of the developed QSMS. Furthermore, they are all willing to promote the aims and to observe and implement the systems and procedures defined in the performance requirements of their work.
Code of Conduct
Excellence requires constant attention to countless details and human factors. Sea Guardian’s safety policy is based on 11 tenets of operation, a code of conduct that all maritime security team members and contractors use and those security team leaders and managers reinforce.
