On 17 December 2017 at 0106UTC, vessel reports seeing two men on board in Psn 0617N 00322E (3NM south of Lagos, conducting STS operations). Nothing was stolen. The 2 men jumped overboard and left area on a wooden boat when detected. Vessel and crew are SAFE.Mariners are advised to exercise caution in this area.
