At 212140 UTC NOV 2017 a merchant vessel at 05-13.0N 004-03.6W (Adbidjan anchorage) observed 1 boat approach to a close proximity. Port control informed and then disturbed boarding attempt and boat escaped. MV SAFE. Mariners are advised to exercise caution in this area.
