At 0945UTC on the 16^th of November 2017, 7 personnel in a white hulled boat, 5 to 6 Metres in length attempted to board a vessel in position 03°30’N 006°46E (200/60 NM from Bonny, Nigeria).  Mariners are advised to exercise caution when transiting in this area.
