On 3 June 17, at 0850ZJUN17 a Merchant Vessel was approached by a number of skiffs with 4/5 POB in each skiff and weapons sighted in psn 1257N 04306E (Bab-el- Mandeb). There were 9 skiffs in the vicinity, however it is uncertain if they were working together. Mariners are advised to exercise caution whilst transiting this area.
