On 08 January 2018 at 2305UTC, a tanker was boarded by 2 suspicious people in psn 06-19N 00320E. Crew spotted the individuals and they jumped overboard. The unknowns had a hose that was suspiciously placed to insert into a tank to steal some cargo. Nothing was stolen Vessel and crew are SAFE. Mariners are advised to exercise caution in this area.
