| At 05:30ZHrs in position 03°31N – 007°07E, a merchant vessel was approached by a wooden boat, fishing type, with 8 armed POB wearing masks. An attempt to board the vessel with a ladder was aborted due to evasive manoeuvers anti-piracy actions. Vessel and crew are safe. |
