UKMTO has received a report of 3 small boats, dark in colour, with 2 persons onboard each approximately 40NM south east of Mubarak Al Kabeer, Kuwait. No weapons or uniforms were visible. The Master reports the small boats followed the merchant vessel for 1 hour at less than 1NM distance. The Master reports vessel and crew are safe.

Vessels are advised to transit with caution and report any suspicious activity to UKMTO.
