On 22st DEC 2019 at 0200 UTC, in position 0019.5N, 00923.7E, OWENDO ANCHORAGE, 3 M/Vs and 2 fishing trawlers at anchor were attacked by a small craft with 6/7 persons on board. Vessels are advised to exercise extreme caution in this area.
