On 21st DEC 2019 at 2230 UTC, in position 0019.5N, 00923.7E, OWENDO ANCHORAGE, 2 M/Vs at anchor were approached by a small craft with 6/7 persons on board. Alarm was raised and the craft fled, crew and ship are reported safe. Vessels are advised to exercise extreme caution in this area.
