At 1335UTC on the 10^th of November 2017,5 to 6 armed personnel in a blue hulled boat, 5 to 6 Metres in length were reported attempting to board a vessel in position 04°15’N 005°36E (IVO Pennington Terminal, Nigeria).  Mariners are advised to exercise caution in this area.
